1. What you buy
A one-time written Revenue Leak Audit of your Google Business Profile, Google Maps visibility, website and AI-search visibility, with findings and a prioritised fix list, reviewed by our team. Price: ₹4,999 + 18% GST (₹5,899 total, rounded). It is a diagnosis report; it does not include implementing fixes.
2. Delivery
By email within 5 working days after payment and receipt of your business name, website and Google Business Profile link. Delays caused by missing details do not count.
3. Credit towards a retainer
If you sign a monthly retainer within 30 days of delivery, the ₹4,999 audit fee (GST is not credited, as it has been paid to the government) is deducted from your first month's invoice. One credit per audit; not transferable; no cash value.
4. Final sale
The audit is a digital report, so all sales are final once payment is made. Exception: if we do not deliver within 10 working days of payment and receipt of your details, you may choose prompt delivery or return of your payment within 7 working days. Questions before paying? WhatsApp or email us.
5. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue; results on Google and other platforms are outside our control. The report describes what we observed; it does not estimate money lost.
6. Your data and ownership
You own your profile, website and accounts. We use only public information and anything you send us, keep it confidential and do not share your report. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy/).
7. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the audit fee you paid.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Governing law
Laws of India; courts at Mumbai.
10. Changes
The terms shown at the time of payment apply to your purchase.
