Version 2026-10-13. These terms cover the paid Site Fix and GBP (Keyword Boost) plans sold on technoticsolutions.com by Technotic Solutions, Mumbai.
1. Prices and GST
All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST. The amount charged on the Razorpay payment page equals the listed price. A GST invoice is emailed after payment; send your GSTIN to contact@technoticsolutions.com within 7 days if you need it on the invoice.
2. Plans
The Fix List is a one-time purchase. Monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are billed every month from the payment date until cancelled. The fixes or keywords included are as listed on the plan at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime by emailing contact@technoticsolutions.com or WhatsApp +91 99308 11933 before your next billing date; no further charges are made. Payments already made are not refunded except where we could not start work for reasons on our side. If a renewal payment is missed, work pauses 3 days after the paid period ends; you can reactivate within 60 days, after which your data is deleted.
4. Access
For fixes we need access to your website (for WordPress, a separate user or application password; for Google Business Profile, Manager access). You can revoke access anytime. We only change what the plan covers.
5. No guarantees
Search engines and AI tools decide rankings and answers. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or AI mentions. Scores are a guide based on automated free checks.
6. Data
We use your details to deliver the service and contact you about it. We do not sell your data.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.

One-time products
These terms apply to GMB Profile Makeover (₹1,499), AI Visibility Fix (₹2,499) and Directory Listings Pack (₹2,999). All prices include GST.
- One-time payment. You pay once, in INR including GST, when you order. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- What you get. We deliver the work described on the product page for the website or Google Maps listing you entered, within the time shown there (48 hours, or 7 days for the Directory Listings Pack), counted from when we have any access we need.
- Refunds. If we haven’t started the work, email contact@technoticsolutions.com for a full refund. Once work has started we don’t refund, but we will fix anything we got wrong.
- No guaranteed rankings. Google and other platforms control their results. We don’t guarantee any ranking, listing approval timeline, number of calls or amount of revenue.
- Your accounts. You stay the owner of your website, Google Business Profile and listings, and can remove our access at any time.
Everything else in these terms (GST invoices, governing law and Mumbai courts) also applies to one-time products.
Referrals
Refer a business that signs up and get a free month. When a business you referred pays for its first month of any of our monthly plans, we add one free month to your own monthly plan. Ask them to mention your business name when they sign up, or email contact@technoticsolutions.com with their name. One free month per referred business; it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
